All orders are shipped exclusively with Royal Mail to ensure reliable and trackable delivery worldwide.
Fulfilment time
Our standard fulfilment time is 3 to 5 business days before your order is shipped.
However, during high-volume periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, fulfilment can take up to 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.
Shipping & tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & import fees
For shipping outside the UK, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any fees that may occur upon delivery.
